RETURN
Return requirements:
- If you wish to make a return we will deduct a return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. The return fee is progressive, based on the number of items returned. Please see return fees for your location in the tab "How do I return my order" below. Exchange of size is free of charge. Please see exchange instructions in the tab "How do I exchange my order" below.
- You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you.
- The item must be unworn, in original condition with all the tags still attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. The product must be returned in the same bag in which you received the product (barcode/product name must match the bag you place the product in).
- The item must be packed neatly in its original packaging so that the item appears as new. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box in which you received your order.
- The item has absolutely no marks (including make up, tan marks, pet hair, deodorant, stains etc.)
- The item has absolutely no odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, washing powder etc.)
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Any shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments when returning products. Please contact the carrier for more information.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, the return will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been received, inspected, completed and a refund has been issued.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you. Please ensure that you have read our Returns Policy carefully before making a return. If your return does not meet all of our terms and conditions, your return will not be accepted.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, the return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box you received your order in.
- Register your return in our return portal here.
- After the return is registered in our return portal, you will receive a with a an email with a return shipping label (DHL Express). If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Print the return label you receive by email and paste it over the old shipping label.
- Deliver your return to the nearest DHL Express delivery point.
- We will deduct a return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. The return fee is progressive based on number of items returned. See return fees below.
Return fee: 1-2 items 15 EUR / 3-4 items: 20 EUR / 5+ items: 25 EUR.

If you are awaiting your refund, please check the tracking of your return shipment to see if the package has reached our warehouse. Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 14 working days after we receive the return package.
In our returns portal, you can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Your order will be refunded based on your selected option. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the timeframe for the refund may vary depending on the payment provider. It can take 7 - 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order, please complete a return according to the instructions for returns above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
